Awards
- Medals will be awarded to varsity team champions and top finishers in each race.
- All individual medals and ribbons will be handed out in the finish chute.
- Team medals can be picked up at the finish line/chute area at the conclusion of the meet.
Reminder: Please ask athletes to stay in order as they finish so awards can be distributed efficiently.
Check-In and Parking
Check-In: Beginning at 3:00 PM at the Golf Course Clubhouse to pick up team packets and race bibs.
Bus Parking: All buses must park at one of the following locations:
- Egerdahl Field
- Along Pionk Drive
- Aspirus Arena
Do not drop off participants in the clubhouse parking lot.
Spectator Parking:
- No parking is allowed in the clubhouse parking lot or along Highway 2.
- Handicap parking is available in the clubhouse parking lot.
Please share these parking restrictions with parents and fans ahead of the meet.
Restrooms
- Portable toilets will be available near the clubhouse. Please encourage athletes to use these facilities.
- Restroom access inside the clubhouse will be limited, so athletes should avoid using the clubhouse bathrooms whenever possible.
Golf Course Etiquette
Please remind all athletes to:
- Stay off the greens.
- Pick up all litter.
- Take extra care to protect the golf course.
The course crosses several recently added blacktop cart paths. Spikes are permitted.
Please be respectful of the course and its surroundings. Damage to the property could jeopardize the opportunity to hold this meet in the future.
