Welcome to Esko High School!
It’s an honor to be back as the new Esko High School Principal! I feel like I’m coming home. Having taught in Esko for 20 years, lived here for over 18, and raised two children through the Esko school system, I know how special this community, district, staff, and students are.
I grew up in western Minnesota and graduated from Pelican Rapids High School before pursuing my passion for making a difference in students’ lives. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, then completed my K–12 Principal Licensure back at MSUM. Early in my career, I taught in Roseville, Minnesota, before coming to Esko. Most recently, I had the privilege of serving as the Director of Curriculum and Learning at Proctor Public Schools.
I am committed to continuing our tradition of excellence and championing students' growth in all areas. Students undergo an amazing transformation from 7th to 12th grade. I can’t wait to see it!
