Coaches Meeting: 11:15 AM
Girls Championship Race: 12:00 PM (5000 m)
Boys Championship Race: 12:50 PM (5000 m)
Awards Ceremony to follow the meet

Awards:
● The top two (2) teams and top SIX (6) individuals not on an advancing team advance to the state meet.
● Team trophies are given the 1st and 2nd place team.
● Nine (9) team medals are given to each member of the 1st and 2nd place teams
● SIX (6) State Qualifier medals are given to the top six individuals advancing to State CC Meet who are not on
either the 1st or 2nd place teams.

Parking:
The main course parking lot will be reserved for team buses and vans only.

Spectators may park along the road leading to the course OR a shuttle bus will run from a parking lot at Hodgins-Berardo Arena & also pick up at the golf cart storage units near Anderson Dental en route to Eagle Ridge.

The shuttle will operate from 11:15 to 12:30 and again from 1:30 to 2:15 after the meet. For those needing assistance to get to the course, we’ll have a few golf carts shuttling people closer to the course. Please relay this to your parents/supporters so they are aware and can plan accordingly.

Dogs:
Dogs are absolutely 100% NOT allowed at the meet. If a service dog, race officials will ask for proof for verification.

Those bringing dogs will be turned around by meet officials. Please share this information with teams/families.
